A demain delicious traditional dish with a very codified preparation.
A quick recipe: First grease the pan with beef fat, than add the vegetables (onions, green onions and konnyaku) and tofu. Cover with sliced wagyu and put sugar on it. Put some sukiyaki soup (a sort of soya sauce) on it. When the sugar has melted move the beef and put the other ingredients (Fu and Honewort). It will reduce, become brownish and really super tasty!! You should dip the sukiyaki in beaten egg and savour it. It’s highly addictive!
