Thanks to our amazing host, we had the chance to experience the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. It is a very codified ritual where you prepare macha (bitter green tea) and balance the taste with sweets (mochi, a rice paste filled with red bean paste). A very special moment to experience Japanese tradition.
