Dish of the day: Kaiseki dinner

It is not technically a dish, more a course dinner. We tried a 7 dish course, but there are options with a lot more! This one was centered around nagasaki region specialties, which is called Shippoku cuisine. The dinner offers very different flavours, mixing meat, fish and vegetables. We even had the surprise to try Fugu! It is a very special experience of fine dining and tradition. We loved it obviously!
